Sadali Rasban will discuss contemporary issues of joint tenancy and Hibah al-Ruqbah as well as the recent developments in Singapore and the latest fatwa on the subject. Sadali runs a consultancy on wealth management and estate planning. He has written several books on the topic, the latest of which are: ‘Joint Tenancy – The Shariah Perspectives’, ‘Dying Intestate’ and ‘Muslim Law in Wealth & Estate Transfer’.
