Silent Book Club March 2023

The Silent Book Club will meet in-store once a month every first Sunday of the month from around 10:15am to 11:30am.

Next: 5 March 2023, Sunday.

The Silent Book Club is a commitment to devote an hour on Sunday morning to silent reading. There is a small social element; readers are encouraged to introduce themselves and share what they are reading at the start of the session, but you can choose to remain silent.

All books and readers are welcome. Please bring your own book.

The flow for the Silent Book Club will be:

• 10:15am to 10:30am: 'What I am Reading' Introductions 
• 10:30am to 11:30am: Silent Reading 
• 11:30am: Dispersal and enjoy the rest of the day at Kampong Gelam

Please note:

• The Silent Book Club will be at the Reading Loft on the second floor (stairs only)
• No food or drinks
• The shop will still be open and functional throughout the silent book club session
