How do I sign up for Rewards?
Click the blue "Earn Points" button at the bottom left of our website.
I've signed up at the store, do I have to create an account on the website too?
Yes. Please use the same email address to create an online account.
LOYALTY TIERS
What is the Loyalty Tier?
There are three loyalty tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The first tier upon signup is Bronze. Based on your annual spend at Wardah Books, you can progress to the Silver and Gold tiers. You unlock greater rewards as you advance. See table above.
What happens to my existing points with the new loyalty programme?
Existing points will be carried over to new loyalty programme.
How will I know my Loyalty Tier?
You can see what tier you are on when you log in on our website. Our newsletter emails to you will also reflect your current tier as well as Points balance.
How is my current Loyalty Tier calculated?
It is assigned based on your annual spend within one calendar year (1st Jan - 31st Dec). Once a tier is achieved, you will retain the tier for the remainder of the current calendar year and the following year.
Example:
You just made a purchase that takes your total spend from 1 January this year to today above the $300 threshold. This purchase unlocks the Silver Tier for you. You retain the Silver Tier for the remainder of this year (until 31st December) AND the entirety of the following year.
How do I ascend Loyalty Tiers?
Simply meet the corresponding annual spend for a tier and you will automatically be reassigned to that tier after the qualifying purchase is complete.
- For Silver tier, above $300
- For Gold tier, above $700
Is my Loyalty Tier permanent?
Tier expiry is based on your annual spend within one calendar year (1st Jan - 31st Dec).
In summary,
- You can progress up tiers if you meet the next tiers’ entry requirements.
- You will remain in your current tier if you meet the current tier’s entry requirement
- You can be moved down a tier if you don’t meet the current tier’s entry requirement
Example:
If on 1 Jan 2026 you are on the Silver Tier and you haven’t spent more than $300 within the previous calendar year (2025), you will go down to Bronze Tier.
EARNING POINTS
How much do I need to spend to get Points?
- Every S$1 spent (in-store and online) → 5 Points
- eg. S$100 → 500 Points
Is spending the only way to earn Points?
You can also earn Points by
- Creating an account: 100 Points
- Completing your profile: 100 Points
- Liking us on Facebook: 100 Points
- Following us on Instagram: 100 Points

Where can I use my Points?

How do I check/redeem my Points?
- Click the blue rewards button that says ‘Earn Points’.
- Log in (if you haven't)
- It will show how many Points you have, and if you can redeem
- Click the blue "Redeem" button if you have enough Points
- Use the coupon code at checkout :)
Do my points expire?
Yes, points reset to zero after 24 months of account inactivity. However, If you have made at least one purchase within the last 24 months, all your points remain valid for the next 24 months from the date of purchase.
BIRTHDAY REWARDS
What is the Birthday Reward?
IMPORTANT: If you just signed up and your birthday is just a few weeks away, you will only be eligible for birthday rewards next year.
The Birthday Reward is a one-time use discount code, specific to your loyalty tier and email account.
A birthday email will be sent to your registered email address 7 days before your birthday. You have to click on the CLAIM REWARD button in this email. If you do not click on this button, you cannot access the birthday discount code.
If you unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you will not receive the email for birthday rewards and therefore would not have access to the birthday discount code.
When does the code expire?
The code is valid 7 days before your birthday and 21 days after.
Can I transfer this code to a friend?
The code is non-transferable and is linked to your registered email address.
Where can I claim the Birthday Reward?
You can claim it either online or in-store.
Why didn’t I receive a birthday email with a discount code?
There may be several reasons why you did not receive an email. Reasons include:
- Your date of birth is not updated on our system. (See below: How do I input my birthday details?) If your birthday is coming up soon or has just passed, you will only receive a birthday discount code next year.
- You’ve unsubscribed from our newsletters. (See below: How do I resubscribe up to your marketing emails?) Once updated, the system will only send you a birthday discount on your next birthday.
- The email was sent to spam. Please check your spam box or the equivalent in your email program. The email should have been sent 7 days prior to your birthday.
Please reach out to us if the absence of an email is not caused by the three points above. We’ll be happy to assist.
The book I'd like to purchase is out of stock. Can I use the Birthday Reward later?
The Birthday Reward is applicable only during the period of validity and only for books that are in stock at the point of purchase. Perhaps there are other titles that you might like to consider inshaAllah.
