Join us in an author session with Hidayah Amin as she talks about her latest efforts in preserving the memories of 'Singapore's Last Malay Schools'.

Although many of Singapore's pre-independence schools are no more, the lived experiences of pupils who call them alma mater are by no means easily erased or diminished. Two of our premier last Malay schools, Sang Nila Utama and Tun Seri Lanang, find their stories, and the memories of the students who walked through their doors, preserved beautifully in this important record of the Malay education experience.
