Author Session with Kosser Abdul Aziz: Zoom Recording

On 14 December we had an author session with Kosser Abdul Aziz, author of Tales of Mini Maryam. She spoke about the how’s and the why’s of reading to children, and gave some really useful tips and practical advice. She also read from her book, Tales of Mini Maryam, and one can tell immediately that Kosser is very skilled at it and has evidently spent a lot of time reading to children.

Reader, we have to read to children. We have to ensure that we raise children who read for enjoyment, for information, and for illumination. We do this by first reading to them.
