About the Facilitators

Artist: Hazami Hamidon left behind her work as a graphic designer in newspaper to care for her two boys. Her mission is to illustrate books that her children will enjoy and relate. When she is not doing creative things in the middle of the night, she spends the day exploring and learning alongside her children.

Story: Far’ain Jaafar is an author-educator. She enjoys reading books as much as writing stories. Libraries and bookstores are some of her favourite places. Her goals in life are simple - to keep writing and reading books for as long as she possibly can, to be a healthy mother for her children, and inspire a world of good.
